keytwelve.ai is operated by Crosby Thirty-Three. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not an agreement to use the product — access is arranged separately, in writing.

This site describes what KeyTwelve does and shows a worked sample. The property in that sample is synthetic and disclosed as such. Nothing here is an offer, a valuation, or a representation about any real property or transaction.

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for your own diligence or your own advisers.

Submitting a request does not entitle you to access. We read every request and reply, including the declines, and we can decline without giving a reason. What you send us is handled as described in the privacy notice.

The text, design, and material on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Reproducing it wholesale, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.

Do not try to break, overload, or circumvent the site's protections, and do not use automated means to retrieve it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health, and under the Produkthaftungsgesetz. For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to the purpose of these terms, and then only for damage that was foreseeable and typical. Beyond that our liability is excluded.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of error.

Where we link to something we do not run, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

We update these terms when what we do changes. The date below is when they last changed.
