§ 01

Request access

Read the sample deal first. It is the whole product on a synthetic property, ungated, including the parts that did not resolve. If it still looks useful, the form below takes about two minutes.

§ 02

Who this is for

Stated before the form rather than after it. We would rather you close the tab here than fill in a form to reach the same conclusion.

A fit

  • You underwrite hotel acquisitions, or you advise someone who does.
  • You work from broker packages — an offering memorandum, a trailing twelve, an owner model — rather than from a data feed.
  • You can send a real package. Ours proves the machinery; yours is what a pilot has to be judged on.
  • Your chart of accounts is USALI, or you want it to be.

Not a fit

  • You are looking for a market data subscription. We hold no market data.
  • You want a model built for you. This normalizes and checks a package; it does not build your model.
  • You need a certification on file before a pilot. We hold none, and say so on /security.

A person reads every request and replies, including the declines. Nothing you enter here is used for anything other than reading this request.

A person reads the request. There is no scoring model behind this form.

    Every request
  2. 02

If it is a fit, you get a mutual NDA and a request for one real package.

    Same reply
  3. 03

We run it and walk you through the deliverable, including whatever it declined to compute.

    One session
  4. 04

If it is not a fit, we say so and say why, in the same reply.
